前作と同じ趣向。書いてあることはみんな当たり前のこと。
何でこんな当たり前のことばかり書いてある本が売れるのかと思うが、

絶対に読む価値がある。

みんな、その当たり前のことをわかっていてもやっていない。
著者の良いところは、その当たり前のことをやる気にさせてくれる。

本を読んで、今日から自分もこうしてみようなんて考え、かつ実行に移すほどの影響を受けることはない。
しかし、この本にはそれがある。

10分で読める本だが、読む価値は限りなく大きい。

自分の毎日の生活に、はっ!と改善点を教えてくれた本でした。
好きな項目は忘れないように手帳に書き込んで眺めています。
ついつい、流れてゆく時間を、スッキリ!させてくれます。

キッパリ！もとても参考になりましたが、
今回のスッキリ！もさらに自分自身の心と体をシェイプアップできそうな内容で、さっそくいくつか実行しています！

やりたくないなぁ~と思っていると体もだらしなく
なっていきますね~。気持ちを引き締めて、体も引き締める！
来年は心も体もスリムな私になりま~す。
