仕事をしている人なら読んだ方がいい一冊だと思います。
小難しい説明やお説教ではなく、文章は簡潔で明快。読み終わった後は爽快感すらあります。

この書は、111のキーワードを著者が解説していくスタイル。
このキーワードに対する解説が、仕事上で特に管理職として
少し悩んでいる私には新鮮な衝撃でした。
とにかく、単純でシンプルだけど奥が深い。
思わず「あ、そうだったのか」と声を出してしまいました。
やはり、書名の通り「部下」を持っている人には、オススメの書です。

また、仕事ばかりでなくプライベートにも通じる一冊だと感じました。
