大好きな作家さんなので、大変楽しみにしていたのですが、今回は、
少々肩透かしを食らったような気がします。
真也の性格設定が、「極上の恋人」の良海にそっくりでした。
義兄と一緒にいる竜を見た真也が「俺だけを見ろ」と、竜にせまった場面も
極上の恋人で見たことがあるような気がします。
竜がどうして真也を好きになったのか、感情移入ができませんでした。
また、竜と義人の関係も中途半端のままで終わったように感じます。
絵は大変きれいで目の保養になるので、ストーリーにもっと深みがましたら
今以上にステキな作家さんになるのにな。
今後に期待します。

腹違いの弟に対して罪の意識を感じているためにひたすら自分の感情を押し殺して弟の言いなりになっている兄・義人、義人の弟で兄を憎んでいる真也、そして義人のクラスメートで義人に惹かれている竜。この３人の登場人物を中心に話が展開しますが、おそらく読者はどのキャラクターにも共感できないのではと思いました。強姦というとんでもないエピソードが出てきますが、思うに無理やりキスしたぐらいにしておけば良かったのではと思います。でないと、このエピソードを廻る３人の態度が理解できません。人間らしい感情の機微が描かれていないように思います。読後は思わず苦笑いが出てしまいました。

ちなみに絵は綺麗です。

以前レビューを書いた方の意見をみて、購入したいけれども
二の足を踏んでいたのですが、やはり買ってしまいました！
それくらい絵柄が魅力でした。

ただ、第一印象として、表紙の構図や絵柄が如月弘鷹さんに
とても似ているような気がしました。

また、中の白黒の絵柄を見ると、東城麻美さんっぽい絵だなぁ
と感じました。
そして、問題の内容ですが…やはり皆さんの書くレビューは侮れませんね。
いまいち共感できない内容でした。
兄に対する恨みや反感から兄の友人を薬を使って強姦した
相手に対して、十代の男の子があれほど寛容に受け入れられる
のか？？？
そして、自分が想っている相手をあのように簡単にあきらめきれる
のか？？？私には理解できません。

この作者の作品は初めて読んだのですが、ちょっと内容の構成が浅い
気がします。ひょっとして、挿絵から業界に入られた方なので
しょうか？ちょっと残念でした。
それでも絵柄がきれいなのはまちがいなく売りになるので、
今後の作家としての展開に期待します。
今は少し厳しい評価をさせていただきます。
