築山節先生の「脳」の世界に魅力を感じている人には、本棚の蔵書に加えたい1冊。
とっても読みやすくて、エッセイのような感じで、脳の環境を考えることができます。

前作にはない新しい話題を求めて、僕は読みました。
初めて、築山節先生の本に出会った人には、刺激的な良書と思います。
しかし、『フリーズする脳』と『脳が冴える15の習慣』を読まれた人には、ちょっと物足りなさを感じる人もいるかも知れません。

ｐ111　人は案外しゃべっていない
　私のこの研究で、ボケ症状に向かっていきにくい発語量の基準として「一日二〇〇〇語」という仮の結論を出したのですが、毎日それくらいしゃべっている人は多くなく、挨拶や返事以外の言葉を一語も話さず生活している人も珍しくありませんでした。

　以前に、聞いたことのある思い出話を何度も聞くのは、忍耐力と思いやりが必要です。
　この本を読んで、脳の筋トレと思って聞くと良いかも知れないと思うようになりました。

ｐ147　時間術の基本は「睡眠不足」と「過労」を避けることにある

　睡眠不足と過労になると、脳が正常に働くのに、僕は三日の休養が必要です。
　軽い作業は良いのだけど、アイデアや文章を考える時、脳から搾り出すような言葉には、安定した脳の状態が必要ですね。

ダメな自分とは、

・やる気がおこらない
・集中力がない
・早起きが定着できない
・抑制の力が落ちている
・「空気が読めない」と言われる
・自分の考えがまとめられない
・思い出せない言葉が増えている
・アイデアが浮かばない
・時間を無駄遣いしてしまう
・同じ失敗をくり返してしまう
・ネガティブ思考に陥りやすい
・変化への対応力がない

といったことを指し、以上の１２項目について、
それぞれ４、５以上の具合的な状況とその対処法について
解説がされています。

著者は、脳に関係する医療に携わる医師であり、
実際に、さまざまな問題を抱えた患者への対処法の経験を生かし、
書かれた著書だと思えたので、安心して読むことが出来た。

『フリーズする脳―思考が止まる、言葉に詰まる (生活人新書)』が面白かった
築山節（つきやま たかし）さんの最新作

脳のバイオリズムを把握してコントロールし、
やる気、集中力、抑制力などを高める。

より合理的に脳を使い倒す原理を学ぶ。

* 砂時計で物理的な時間量を把握する
* 誰かの脳に依存していないか？
* ネガティブ思考克服
* 同じ失敗を繰り返さないための、客観的自己分析法

このあたりは興味を持って読めたが･･･

小分けにされているので読みやすい反面、
流れるようなダイナミックさが途切れ、物足りなかった。
