スカイハイを書いていて作者が、生死について考えた末に導きだしたのか「スカイハイ」の外伝的作品。
人は、前世の業を背負い生まれてくる。そして苦行を終えてカルマを積むとまた死していく。
輪廻思想を通して、生きることの辛さを短くもあるが
生まれながらにして、大きな業を背負ってしまっている主人公が、それでも純粋でありつづける姿は、健気だ。

たかが、漫画といえど、されど漫画である。生きていることについて、改めて見つめなおすきっかけになれば作者の意に沿えるのではないか。

カルマ＝梵 karma　業
(1)身体・言語・心による人間の働き・行為。
行為は必ずその結果をもたらし，また現在の事態は必ずそれを生む行為を過去に持っているとする思想は，インド思想に広く見られる。
(2)人が担っている運命や制約。主に悪運をいう。

タイトルからして重いですよね。

前作（スカイハイ）は全て短編でしたが、長編になってもただのホラーで終わらないところが上手いです。
１，２巻を一気読みしましょう。

カルマ、です。言葉の意味が広すぎて難しいですね。
輪廻転生、人生の修行、地獄と天国の持つ意味、「力」を持った人間、、、軽く宗教色入っちゃったのが残念です。
人間主観より「門」が主観のように感じました。生きる事、人としての意味が重点ではなく善悪が決まった中で進行していくストーリーに少し物足りなさを感じてしまいました。

恨む事が悪い事？そして来世にカルマを持ち挑む事が幸せな事？
あくまで作者の感性で書かれた、この話の中での力を持った人間としての結末、設定のあやふやさも影響してスカイハイで感じた魅力はありませんでした。
それでも深く考えずに一つの作品として見れば十分面白い出来だと思います。登場人物が単調ですけど。
