子供が二人とも視力が悪くなったので、ピンホールメガネが
欲しいばかりに2冊買ったのに１冊に3個メガネは付いていました。
しかも自分で作る方法まで書いてくれてて…
あまったので親も試してみた所、視力0.03の私でも眼鏡ナシで
テレビが見られる、パソコンが打てる、目が疲れないといい感じです。
100円ショップで眼鏡を買ってきてレンズを抜いてピンホールメガネを
貼り付けました。ドライアイがマシになってきてる気がします。

実は私がこの本と出会ったのは５，６年前でした。その時からかなりのド近眼でトレーニングをかかさずしていました。トレーニングは１０分程度で済みますしとても簡単です。トレーニング後は目がすっきりして不思議とテレビが観やすくなるのです。その時から半年ぐらいで視力が上がっていっていました。しかし、私の性格上、長く続かず途中で投げ出してしまいました。それから最悪。。。私の視力はガタガタに落ち、学生でしたが１番前の席からも黒板が見えづらくなっていたのです。これはヤバイと思い即座にトレーニングをしたところ、１年ぐらいで、前から３番目でもはっきりみえるようになったのです。ちなみに、この本は黄ばんでたので買い換えました。それにしても、これはオススメですね。あと私はトレーニングを１日３回しています。他に３Ｄトレーニングも別本でしています。それと、トレーニングの中にはアイグラスの訓練と眼球トレーニングも忘れずにして下さいね。では、皆さんの視力が上がる事を心から応援しています。最後になりますが、投げ出したら今までの努力が水の泡になります。気長に頑張ってください！！

視力回復どころか、速読訓練にもなる一冊です。ピンホールを利用したアイグラスもついてきます。これ一冊でずっとトレーニングできるので超オススメです！
