学園マンガの定番は、言わずと知れた「学園祭」。千秋はシュトレーゼマンと音大の１軍オケでラフマニノフのコンチェルト。残された２軍オケは仮装演奏会をやるという、ベタな学園祭風景だなぁ、と思いつつ、二ノ宮演出は、さすがにひと味違う。マングースに変装したのだめが登場したときには笑った。和服の正装で奏でるラプソディ・イン・ブルーの音が、聴衆の歓声と笑い声とともにはっきりと聞こえた。

そして、Ａオケの協奏曲。聴衆の度肝を抜く巨匠と千秋の演奏。それに触発されたのだめが「ピアノを弾かなくちゃ」と渾身で取り組む。のだめはほんとうにピアノの美しさに取り憑かれているんだということがこの巻ではっきりした。しかし、シュトレーゼマンは「このままでは千秋とはいれない」という言葉を残してドイツに去る。この巻でのシュトレーゼマンがのだめに対する態度はほんとうにかっこいい。

千秋のかつての恋人との葛藤などもあり、シリアス、笑い、クールさが渾然となって、１巻からこれまででは最高の１巻だと思う。

おもしろいんですよ、いろんな意味で。
もちろん、プ！って笑えるのは当然、それだけじゃないのが
二ノ宮知子のすごいところ。
この人の作品でなけれな、クラシック音楽の漫画は読んでないと思う。
音楽がまったくわからなくても、ひきこまれます。

流石ニノ宮先生。１巻からとばしてましたが、最後にこんなオチで~~と笑わずにはいられないので電車の中では読まないほうがいいです。もうれは大人買い＜全巻一気買い＞にお薦め商品。毎日１冊づつ読むなんて無理です。我慢できません。ガーっと読んでスッきりしてください。
