5.0 out of 5 stars しっかりした歴史考証、重厚なストーリー, 2007/4/12
時は10世紀、主人公はアイスランド出身の少年トルフィン。仇であるアシェラッドの傭兵団で戦いながら、伝説の島「ヴィンランド」を求める旅を続けます。
トルフィンはおそらく、現実にヴィンランド（北アメリカ大陸）への移住を果たしたトルフィン・トールズソンがモデルであり、また劇中に登場するヴィンランドの「発見」者レイフ・エリクソンも実在の人物です。これに限らず、本作は徹底した取材としっかりした歴史考証から生み出されており、北欧史・北欧文化に詳しい人でも充分に読める内容です。
もちろん、アクション・陰謀・複雑な人間関係などエンターテインメントとしての要素も満載であり、北欧史やヴァイキングに興味がなくとも楽しめます。細かく描き込まれた絵のクオリティとリアリティあふれる重厚なストーリーは、間違いなく読む者を虜にするでしょう。おすすめ！

大判になっての魅力はなんといっても
印刷のクオリティの高さでしょう。
コミックス版では表現しきれなかった細かい部分まで
しっかり見ることが出来ます。

マガジンコミックスを持っている人は
内容は変わらないのでご注意を！

最初に注意してもらいたいのがこの巻はマガジンコミックスで出た1巻の内容と同じです。
もうマガジンコミックスを持っている人は買わなくてもいいかもしれません。
アフタヌーンに掲載されたものは3巻からです。
巻末に書き下ろしの4コマがあったりします。
ファンは買うしかない？


この漫画はすごい好きなので遅くてもいいので頑張って続けてもらいたいです。
