いろんなパンのレシピ本でおなじみの、田辺由布子さんのレシピです。食パンからベーグル、フランスあんパンやソーセージロールなど、シンプルなパンから菓子パン、調理パンまでの38種類のパンのレシピが載っています。プロセスもとても丁寧で、写真も多く、これだけのレシピが500円というのはかなりお得！田辺さんのレシピはハズレがなく、個人的には大好きです。

500円なのに、かなり内容が充実しています。
種類も38種類と豊富で、こね方、膨れた状態など

重要ポイントの説明は写真でしてあるので分かりやすかったです。

今まで色々な本でパン作りにTRYしてきましたが、この本で「今まで何が悪かったのか」分かったような気がします。
１回1回の量も少なめに記載してあるので、オーブン１回の使用で済むところも中々感動しました。

友人にも色々薦めましたが、皆にも好評でした。

パン作りをはじめようと思い、購入しました。
全ページカラーで見やすく、工程もわかりやすく説明してあるので、
失敗なくパン作りができ、家族にも、
『そこらへんのパン屋さんで買うよりおいしい』と言われ、
気をよくしてしまうほどです。
お菓子に比べてカロリーも低く、適度な固さがあごを使うためにもとっても良いのがパンだと気づき、
会社帰りにパンの材料を主人が買ってきてくれるようになりました。

本当におすすめです。

水にも強い素材でつくられているし、何より500円は安いと思います。
