あまり得るところがなかった。すでに、世の中にでている本の習慣化をつまみ食いしているだけで、ドッグイヤーが一箇所もなかったのは残念。たとえ話も、深く調査をしていない例もあります。たとえば、北京オリンピックのソフト上野投手の話も、チームワークと片付けているが、表面的過ぎる。著者も、これだけ頻度高く出版していると、もうネタが尽きているのではないでしょうか。

「コンサルタントの〜」シリーズの第何弾目か。
　多くのシリーズものがそうであるように、このシリーズも弾を重ねるごとに微妙になっていっている。らしい。

　だいたい、「コンサルタンとの〜」なんて題名の本を読むのなんて、コンサルタントになりたくてもなれない人か、そういった頭を使う仕事に憧れてるだけの人がほとんどなわけで、そういう層がターゲット。
　だから、内容は優しい。広く浅く。悪く言えば表面的。
　普段、頭を使う仕事をしている人にすれば、あまり得るところはないかもしれない。

　ただ、「自分もいつか将来、こんな風に自分の出身高校を自慢して自己満足に浸れるような本を出版したいなあ」と、思わせられる点では自己啓発につながる。

　言ってる内容は正しくても、言ってる様が人の心をつかまなければ、誰も内容を聞きはしない。

　ビジネススキルを鍛えて成功したい人を、良くも悪くも刺激する1冊。

序章、第１章で習慣化（継続すること）の重要性と
それを実現するための仕組み作りを説いています。
仕組みの要点は、
「見える化」／「ランドセルサイクル（早めの準備）」／「愚直な継続」の３点。

２章以降は、コンサルタント経験を通じて筆者が重要と考えた
いくつかの習慣が紹介されています。
これら習慣は、中堅ビジネスマンにとっては既知の情報も多いと思う。
ただ、多くの事例が盛り込まれた内容は具体的で興味深く、
エッセイ的な内容は飽きることなく最後まで読めます。

継続すること、考えること、主体的に行動すること等々、
普遍的なスキルの重要性を再認識させてくれる有用な一冊でした。
