今のとこ２種類のメーカーの餅でやってみたけど
隅までみっちりと膨らまないなあ、なんでだろう

８割くらいのとこで止まってる感じ、ちなみに
電子レンジでプクッっと膨れる位温めてからだと
隅まで膨らんで見事に真四角になりました。

追記：
電子レンジ使わないと開けた時しっかり膨らんで
なくて何となく残念な気分（笑）なので更に工夫、
切り餅を１個半にしたらちょっとはみ出るくらいに
全体に膨らみました。

考えたんですが最近の切り餅は想定されているより
小さめなのが流行ってるのかも知れませんね、
膨らみすぎない工夫もされてるのかな。

そんなわけで、うまくできるようになりました。
しっかり膨らんでると気分いいですね。

一度食べたモッフルが再度食べられるところが都合よく見つからず購入を決めました。
最近のお餅は５０グラムのものが主流らしくなかなかうまく膨らみませんが、サトウのスライス切りもち【1切れ12g×5枚の小分けパックが3パック入り】を１パック分使うか、ひと手間でもお餅を６等分ぐらいに切って並べれば綺麗に膨らみます。
サンドも具材を邪魔することなくいろんなバリエーションで楽しめます。
しばらくはモッフル生活になりそうです♪

今年の始めに即購入しました。夏の間はお休みしてましたが
そろそろまた復活させます。
面白いように膨らみます。そしてぱりっぱりの食感がたまりません。
餅好き必携です。

でも、1枚焼きを買ってしまったのには後悔。
2枚焼きにしておけばよかったので星は4つです。
