膨らみが浅くかなり平べったいためか、コンパクトに感じます。
手にフィットする感じはありませんが、やはり全体が薄いため邪魔になりません
単3電池2本のため見た目より重く感じますが、使用に支障をきたすほどのものとは感じません
特徴であるタッチ面ですが、人差し指でクリックしそのまま人差し指でスクロールできるため(これは新感覚!)
使いやすいです、が、2本指でのスワイプは指が滑りにくく私には使いづらいと感じました。
あと、やはりボタン数が減ったことが悲しいですね、Expose等を割り当てていた人は困ると思います。
シンプルコンパクトなマウスをお求めの方にはおすすめ、
逆にlogicoolなどの多機能性やフィット感を持ったしっかりマウスを好む方にはおすすめできません
あと最後に、前世代のWireless Mighty Mouseよりはよっぽど使えます。

わたしは手が小さいので、このマウスの全体を握るのではなくて、中央（すこしだけ前寄り）のあたりを指先で軽くさすって使っています。
それでも、スクロールもページ切り替えもクリックも気持ちよくできますよ。

乾電池2本が入っているため、やや重いですが、そもそも握って持ち上げるというよりも、せいぜい両脇をつまんで2、3ミリ浮かせる程度ですし、机上に置いたまま指先ですべらせたり、さすったりして使う分には、むしろある程度の重さがあったほうが安定感があって良かったりします。

それから、使用感が妙に気持ちいい。官能的という感じです。この大きさと形状にヒミツがありそうな気がしますが。そういう意味でフシギなマウス。長いPC経験のなかで忘れられないマウスになりそうです。

シンプルなデザインとiPhoneのようなスクロールが素晴らしい
ちょっと2本指スワイプがやりにくいのと、まだ出たばかりだからか機能が少ないのが不満かな
とりあえずタップでのクリックとExposeの追加を頼む！
