前作の北京オリンピックはやっていないので分かりませんが
ドリーム競技はソニックシリーズや
マリオシリーズのステージ、音楽（ドルピックタウン等、アレンジされてるものも
あります）が新旧合わせて出ているので
二つとも知ってる私としてはかなりニヤニヤできる内容でした（笑
個人的にフェスティバルモードで登場する挑戦者が
使えたらなァ…と思ったり、（流石に使用が無理なキャラはいますが、
半数は使えそうでしたし…）
グライダーやボードにパターンやステッカーが貼れる部分も、
種類が多くても色の数が少ない、貼れるのがそれぞれ１箇所しかなく自由度が
ないので、貼れる数を増やしてカスタムできるボードのストックを
多くして欲しかったですね
後細かい点を言えば、キャラが喋ってるのに口が動いていなくて
ちょっと違和感を覚えた部分もありましたが、
ゲームとしては中々面白いですし
友達とも結構楽しめるかと思います
（操作はクセがあって大変ですが）
…とまァ半分は意見部分が占めていますけども
私的には良ゲーだと思います
過去のソニックシリーズ、マリオシリーズをやり込んだ人は
是非買ってドリーム競技をやってみる事をおすすめします

私は一家でWiiを楽しんでいます。
ここ数ヶ月はずっとWiiSportsResortを父や母、弟と2〜4人でプレイしていました。
あちらの方は完成度が高く、Wiiリモコンの細かい動きなども認識していて面白かったのですが
こちらはスキージャンプでもフィギュアスケートでもカーリングでも
ほとんどリモコンを振り上げて振り下ろすだけで、イマイチ盛り上がりにかけます。
おそらくWiiモーションプラスに対応していないからだと思いますが、非常にガッカリな出来です。
こちらはWiiSportsの類じゃないので当然ですが、個人的にはすごく微妙なソフトでした。
WiiSportsのように「普段ゲームをしない人がしても楽しめるゲーム」ではないと思います。
普段からゲームをするような人がプレイするには
ドリームマッチモード(マリオカートのようなアイテムが登場して相手と勝負するモード)なら面白いかもしれません。

ちなみにWiiバランスボードは所持していないので、そちらに関することはわかりません。

基本的には、タイミング良くリモコンを振ったり、傾けたりするゲームです。
振り続けなくても良い点は、○です。

何種類か競技がありますが、特にゲームが上手なわけでもない私でさえ、初めて行う競技で金メダルになったりします。
オリンピックというのは、世界の頂点を争うものでしょうから、あまりにも簡単です。
出場できるようになるまでに、国内大会や予選があるなど、工夫が欲しいと思います。

何回やっても最下位になるよりは、誰にでも出来て良いとは思いますが・・・。
