このガンダムは決して万人向けのデザインではないと思います。
ですが、抑えられた価格、僅か3枚のランナー（プラス00シリーズからの新規のポリキャップ1枚）にこれだけディティールが詰まり、なおかつ1/144ガンダムでダントツの可動範囲を持つのはやはり驚きです。グフ対戦時、もしくはカタパルト発射時の屈んだ姿勢もきちんと決まります。

また意外にもABSパーツが無く、ポリキャップ部品とハンマー用のチェーン以外は全てスチロール樹脂製。塗装するもよし、またバチ組み立てで一気に仕上げ、表面をサンディングし、つや消し、エナメルで墨入れ&ウォッシングで仕上げるもよし。全面塗装しなくとも仕上げで楽しめる仕様になっています。個人的には、約20年前に発売されたHGの進化型のように思えます。あのモデルもガンプラ10周年記念として開発、発売された物で、当時は（システムインジェンクションの技術面で）ファンを驚かせたのですが、この商品も本体分のパーツは2ランナー構成。価格自体は僅か2割ほどしか上がっていないのに、これだけの技術向上を見せつけられると、本当に感慨深いです。

あえて難点を付けるならば、平手が付いていないこと。これだけポーズが決まるのに付属の握りこぶしでは表情に乏しく、100円アップしても良いから付けてほしかった。平手は是非1/144でスタンダード部品にしてほしいです。またディティールが実物大にそって凝っている反面、1/24タコの脛パッドのように、非常に消し難い合わせ目が脹脛の裏（B34~B37）にでてきます。塗装派にとっては少し悩みどころです。

とは言え、このモデルがある意味ガンプラの集大成である事は間違いないと思います。とにかく手に取って、組んでみてください。

アニメ版の面影を残しつつもスマートでとてもバランスが良いデザインです。
ガンダム30周年にふさわしいキットですね。

可動範囲も広くいろいろなポージングを楽しめます。
付属のハンマーも金属素材を使用しよく再現されてます。
初心者からベテランまで幅広いユーザーにオススメできるキットだと思います。

しかし30年もシリーズが続いているのはスゴいです。
我々ファンがいるかぎりガンダムは不滅ですね。

子供の頃は何処も品切れで結局買えなかったガンプラを最近
売り場で見て衝動買いしたオッサンです。
普段作らない私にとっては、塗装・接着不要は気軽に出来る
最大のメリットでした。箱を開けると整然と色分けされ番号
まで付いていて、これなら子供でも最後まで大丈夫でしょう。
関節部が動く製品になっており昔のプラモには無い画期的な
（なんせ時代遅れですので・・・）製品に驚きました。
また、塗装するのも楽しみですが、しなくても十分な完成度で
この価格ならノスタルジアで買っても後悔しない思います。
次はシャーザク、ドム３体・・・と増やしたい気分です！
