１９９９年６月２４日に永眠した村下孝蔵さんのライブアルバム。
没後のＣＤのほうが多くなってきたのは、嬉しいが複雑な気持ちもする。
今回のアルバムは、長年のパートナーである経田康さんとのギターデュオで行われたコンサートで構成されている。確か９８年秋に綾瀬市文化会館で行われて聴きに行ったコンサートもほぼ同じ雰囲気だった。バラード版「夢の跡」、最後のシングル曲「同窓会」もあるし、たぶんこのツアーの録音と思われる。
音は録音を目的としていない音源としてはかなり良好だと思う。
マスタリングエンジニアは昨年出た全曲盤も担当したソニーの鈴江真智子氏。ギターの音色は深みのある音で、村下さんの歌も自然で染み入ってくる。
お勧めは「浜辺にて」。素晴らしい。

村下さんのライブ音源を、若い頃から晩年のものまでいろいろ聞いてみましたけど、どれを聴いてもオリジナルアルバムに収録されている音源と遜色のないハイ・クオリティな演奏の数々。
このアルバムもそれに違わぬハイ・クオリティーです。
歌詞カードには、いつどの会場で収録されたライブ音源なのかはクレジットされていませんが、「同窓会」が入っているところなどは貴重なライブ音源で、ファンとしては嬉しい限りです。
こういうアコースティックライブって、今ではすごくもてはやされているのに、
村下さん、ちょっと早すぎたんだよ…、たぶん。
曲のコード進行が書いてある歌詞カードも、ギターを少しかじったことのある人には楽しい内容で、絶対にオススメの一品です。

没後10年｡未だに新盤が発売される村下孝蔵という人はやはり偉大です｡
このCDはいわゆるライブ盤と言われる物ですが､これまでに発売された
ものに比べてもとても音質が良く臨場感があります｡
是非大音量で聞いて欲しいと思います｡
選曲も有名曲が多いので初心者の方にもお勧めしたいですね｡
今回のCDはプロデューサーが須藤さんではなく経田康さんが担当されているところも興味深いです｡
歌詞カードにはコード進行も書いてあるので一緒にギターを弾くのもよさそうです｡
