アーティストについて

歌手生活の始まりはハワイアンバンドであるが、スタンダードジャズやシャンソン、カンツォーネ、ラテン、ポップス、民謡、歌謡曲…などジャンルを問わず幅広くライブ活動をする中、デビュー曲「マディソン郡の恋」と出会い2004年4月にインディーズで発売。映画「マディソン郡の橋」をモチーフにした切ない大人の恋物語を、ルンバのリズムにのせた哀愁溢れるアレンジと、秋元順子の伸びやかで心に沁みる歌声が一度聞いたら忘れられないと大評判に。インディーズ発売直後から口コミで広がり、有線問い合わせランキングで連続1位になり、2005年7月メジャーデビュー。

さっきTVで聞きました。やっぱ声が素晴らしいですね、この方。一瞬鈴木聖美が頭をよぎりました。今回は歌謡曲色が強い曲ですね。アレンジはブルースっぽくてカッコイイ。
