‘お歌と体操編 アンパンマンエクササイズ’とあわせて購入。
アンパンマンが好きな娘(3才)と息子(１才）は最初は食い入るように観ていました。

物語形式になっていて１日の生活の流れにあわせてそれぞれダンスがあるのでとっつきやすい気がします。

・ワンツー体操（うちの子はこれが一番好きです）
・アンパンマンとごあいさつ
・あさごはんでしゅっぱつしんこう
・はみがきれっしゃ
・トイレにいこうよマーチ
・かたずけばいきんロックンロール
・オーフロメンコ
・パジャマＤＥサンバ
・げんきもりもりたいそう（ｴﾝﾃﾞｨﾝｸﾞ）

最後のエンディングまで踊りがつまっています。
３回目くらいからは子どもたちは最後まで踊っていて３才の娘は覚えたのか結構上手に踊っていましたよ。

‘アンパンマンエクササイズ’にくらべてダンスがやさしいので１才の息子向きでした。最後まで踊ると下の子はよい運動になるのか昼寝はばっちりです。
もう１つよかったのは物語の子みたいにはみがきやトイレ、お風呂を嫌がったらこの歌で機嫌をとるのに活用させてもらっています＾＾
