色々と「狙いすぎ」ている感じはありますが、
最近のビジネス書のベストセラーは大まかに言えば、
・時間の重要性（タイムリテラシー）
・お金の管理の重要性（マネーリテラシー）
・自身の健康の重要性（セルフケアマネジメント）
・「続ける仕組み」の構築
が解かれていますし、この要素は、我々ヲタにも非常に重要です。

特に、運動に関しては学生時代と違い
強制的にやらされてくれていた体育の授業は無く、
自発的に動かさなければ、筋力などは衰えます。
健康の維持には、体を動かす必要がありますが、
我々オタは少しそういうのが苦手です。

運動回数に関しては、他の方も書いていますが、
導入は腕立て・腹筋・スクワットは12回と少な目です。
これが徐々に回数が増えていきます。
初期メニューは終了後にひなこちゃんが励ましてくれます。

なお、ひなこちゃんは体操服・水着など色々な格好をしたり、
後ろで流れる音楽がダイエットDVDを見た経験があるなら、
色々聞いた事があるモノに似ていたり、これはコレで面白いです。

バカにするなと思う無かれ。
基本トレーニングは孤独であり、成果が目に見えないことや、
誰も励ましてくれない事が続かない理由の一つです。
確かに狙った感はありますが、こういうものであれ、
コレでモチベーションがあがり、人生においても重要な、
健康の管理と体を動かす楽しさがわかるなら素晴らしい事です。

見た目は可愛らしいのに中々ハードなプレイを要求されます。
一心不乱にメニューをこなし、フィニッシュした時には画面が真っ白になっていました。
でも何だか気持ちいいんですよね。彼女といっしょなら何度でも出来そうです。

完全に勢いで買ってしまいました。
絶対に後悔すると思いきや意外に面白かったです。
これはハマりそうですね〜
値段とか考えるとしょうがないのでしょうが、少しボリューム不足ですね。

たとえば腕立てと言ってもいろいろな方法もありますし、初心者向け、上級者向けがあるのでそういったものを選択出来たり、自分の目的（スポーツや鍛えたい部位）に合わせていろいろなトレーニングができたら完璧だと思います。
だから次回はゲームソフトとかで出したほうがいいかもしれませんね。
DVDで出てもおそらく次は買わないかな〜いや、やっぱり買わせていただきます。

でもこのDVDとても面白かったです。悩んでいる方おすすめです。
