この作品は結構、度肝を抜かれました。
アクション作品としては、申し分ない出来ばえです。
格闘シーンあり、カーチェイスもあり、気分爽快です。
主人公が謎の運び屋という設定もクールで、
イカしています。この作品はジェイソン・ステイサムの
代表作ですね。ちなみに、ヒロインの女優も美人でした。

　一匹狼の運び屋フランク（ジェイソン・ステイサム）が大活躍するアクション映画。しょっぱな、いきなり始まるカー・チェイスから、終盤の丁々発止、危機一髪、デッド・ヒートな死闘まで心臓ばくばく、いやあ、手に汗握りました。

　映画好きの会社の同僚から、「これ、かなりいけますよお。カー・チェイスとか、アクションがいけてまーす」とおすすめされて見た映画。やるかやられるかの戦いを繰り広げる運び屋フランク vs. 国際犯罪組織のバトル。確かにすごくスリリングで、興奮しました。

　テンポよく、最初から最後まで、ぐいぐい押しまくるアクション映画。
　身体中にアドレナリンを駆けめぐらせたくなった時。ジェット・コースターに乗った気分で映画を楽しみたくなった時。『ゴルゴ13』流のプロならではの美学と超人技を堪能したくなった時。そんな時に服用したい一本。

３アンリミテッドの公開にあわせて、１＆２がＤＶＤ価格ダウンでリイシューされました。
久しぶりに、この第１作を観てみましたが、やっぱおもしろいですわ。
いいぞいいぞヨーロッパ・コープ！！
全編ノンストップアクション満載で、ユーモアもあり、スカッと爽快感が心地いいんですよね。
おそらくレイダースを真似たであろう走るトラックでの格闘は、手に汗握ります。
そう言えば、魔宮の伝説に出ていた香港マフィアのせがれが、
本作では悪党父親として登場していますよ。
しかしジェイソン・ステイサムは、ガンアクションとカーアクションが最高に似合う役者です。
この手のドンパチカーアクションは、今やステイサムにお任せって感じですね。
第２作ではエンターテイメント性を広げるためお子ちゃまを登場させていますが、
第１作では、ヨーロッパ・コープ得意のお色気女優を採用。
スー・チーは見事に決まっていました。
またレギュラーとなるタルコーニ警部のほんわかした存在感がいいんですよね。
９０分という枠におさめるため最後はあっけなく終わりますが、
シリーズ物として成功していると思います。
このシリーズ、最高ですネ！！
