廓の誠にボーナストラックとして収録されていた「たいせつなひと」をカットし、同人CDとして復刻したもの。

原盤の廓の誠が出たのが2005年のため、最近の遊女さんと比べると若干の物足りなさを感じますが、さまざまな曲調の歌が入っており、曲数も多めで、ゲームなどで知ってはじめてCDを買おうと思っている方にはおすすめです。
ゲームソングとはまた違った遊女さんを味わってみてください。

ちなみに、ライヴなどで生歌を聴いたことがあり、多少なりともイイと思った方には誘深 izanamiもおすすめします。
