予想以上に大きいです。
高さ約５５センチの巨体です。
部屋に飾っているとかなりのインパクトがあります。

手に持っているビームライフルとシールドは取り外し可能です。
両腕は稼動しますが、足は固定で動かすことはできません。

気になる部分はシールドやビームライフルの組み立て部分の成型の甘さ
結構隙間が開いてしまいます。
関節の支持力が弱い（特に手首）
それと、個体差はあると思いますが塗料のムラや剥離
変形している部分が何箇所かありました。

それさえなければ☆５つなんですけど。

細かい部分が精巧に仕上げられているわけでも、リアリティになっているわけでもありません。
ですが、汚れの塗装などは施されている。
下半身は固定されており、動かせるのは腕部分と頭部のみとなる。
又、手の部分がビームライフルを装備するかしないかで交換できる。
しかし、欠点として、ビームライフルを持たせると手首の間接の甘さのせいか、
垂れ下がってしまう。この辺りは、ティッシュ等を詰め固定化させる必要性がある。

マイナス点ばかり指摘した印象が強いが、実はそうではない。
50p以上の大きさは、それなりに迫力があるのは確かで、決して遊ぶためではなく飾るためとして
存在感を増しているは間違いない。
リアルさについても、私は誤解していた。よくよく考えればこの商品は30周年記念として販売された
商品である。当時、リアルタイムで「機動戦士ガンダム」をテレビ放送で観ており、ガンプラブーム
で、デパートの開店２時間前から整理券を持ち行列に並んでいた世代だ。アニメーションカラーという
のがどこまで意味するのか判らないが、少なくとも出発点であるガンダムRX-78-2は、その後に発展する
ガンダムシリーズで描かれていくものに比べればリアリティはなかったのは間違いない。
その点で言えば、正に30周年記念にふさわしい身近に購入できる迫力あるガンダムだ。
その後の製造がないと想定できるので、少しでも欲しいと思っている人は買っておいて損はないはず。
