schole第7弾リリースはクアラルンプール在住のEuseng Setoによるソロ・プロジェクト、flicaの2ndアルバム。 マレーシアの良質レーベルmu-nestから満を持してリリースされたデビューアルバム『windvane and window』にて多大な評価を得たflicaの新作が、ついにschole recordsに登場。 今作はピアノ中心に構成され、緻密に組み立てられたビートとリズムはメロディに溶け込むように静かに鳴り響く。 前回以上にコンセプチュアルに制作された今作品では、まさにアルバムタイトル通り、『ピアノのための、夜の情緒を表す叙情的な楽曲』で織りなされ、まるで月明かりに照らされたような郷愁漂う、flica独自の感覚によって解釈された夜想曲が展開されます。


アーティストについて

1982年生まれ。マレーシアのクアラルンプール在中のeuseng setoによるエレクトロ/アコースティックソロプロジェクト。
2005年より、huat liangとのエレクトロユニットmuxuで本格的な音楽活動を開始。

flicaは自身の音楽スタイルの追求のためにより深く、より実験的な試みとして2007年にソロプロジェクトとして活動開始。flicaのサウンドは日々の生活と自然によって裏打ちされた感情と感覚を完璧に反映し、繊細優美な旋律を展開する。
