コゼットに続く復活第2弾･世界名作劇場第25作にあたるのが本作｡
妹を探し､一人旅立つ少年の心の成長と家族愛を描いた感動のドラマです
堅実で安定感のある巧さと大胆さで魅せる名匠･望月智充監督の手腕が光ります
(総合6/10点)

第37話｢ふたりで見る風景｣★★★★☆8/10点
　言葉なくとも気持ちは通じる動物との一期一会の出会いを描いた温かさが
　胸に染みます｡さりげなく恋とクールガイの一面を魅せるアポロ共々､
　動物達の愛らしさ､恩義に誠実な姿から学びとるものが多い秀作です

第38話｢風に散る｣★★★☆☆6/10点
　大人の八つ当たり､姑息な考えが子ども達を追い詰める無慈悲な展開に
　怒りを覚えてしまいます｡それでも耐え忍び､稼ぎを有効利用する
　ポルフィの決意の強さには感服です｡ホントの大人ってどっちでしょうね?

第39話｢君へと続く道｣★★☆☆☆4/10点
　彼の道中を覗き見るかのような事件性がほとんどないお話で
　意外でした｡運や偶然は決して味方になってくれるわけではない
　現実を窺わせるような描写が好感触･･･打ち切りかとヒヤヒヤしましたけど

第40話｢国境を目指して｣★★★☆☆6/10点
　安定した家庭にあぐらをかく青年､他人を騙す汚い男など､
　今を生きようとしない昨今の人間の堕落の有様を我々投げかけたお話です｡
　手段を選ばないポルフィをさりげなく皮肉し､因果応報と思わせる最後もナイス
