Sky Highはラフマニノフの「ピアノ協奏曲第２番」のメロディをモチーフにしたもの。個人的に青い鳥以降のシングルでは一番好き。曲を最初から最後までを通して聴いて良さがわかる曲だと思う。
もう１曲の両A面シングルのセプテノーバはスキマスイッチの常田さんとの曲。メロディーにスキスマのにおいがプンプンしつつもヴォーカルワークはゴスペラーズらしさを感じられる曲だ。ただ意外だったのが北山さんの高音。鳥肌が立った。

今年にリリースされたナンバーの中で、一番いい曲だと思います。 「Sky High」はきれいにハモっていて、爽やか。 「セプテノーバ」はスキマスイッチらしいが、どこかゴスらしい部分もある曲。 どちらもオススメです(^-^)v 聴いてみてください。
