ジャーはSANYOがいいということなので、我が家はSANYO一筋です。
故に他社との比較レビューはできないので、使い勝手のみ書きます。

５〜６年前に買った同価格帯の機種からの買い換えとなります。
SANYO一筋と言いましたが、実は前の機種は買ってすぐに閉まらなくなって修理に出したり、弁の部分が腐食して買い換えることになったりと、味以外あまりいい印象はありませんでした。（５〜６年使えば寿命ともいいますが）

で、この機種ですが、味は正直一緒です。安いお米でもそれなりに炊けます。
肝心の耐久性ですが、昔の機種よりシンプルな構造になり、尚かつメンテもし易くなってるので、前回よりは長持ちしそうな感じです。

1６年ぶりの買い替えです。なので他を色々試していないので何ともいえませんが、もちもちでおいしく炊けました。
古い炊飯器のときはおいしく炊けないので、柔らかめに炊けるように水を多くしていましたが、この炊飯器になってからは堅めの指定をして、それでももっちりと仕上がるので、私にとってはちょうど良いです。
7部づきに雑穀を入れて、香ばしく出来上がります。
もっちりの食感を好む方にはお勧めです。
堅めでさっぱりした仕上がりのほうがお好きな人には違う炊飯器が良いかもしれません。

以前は、普通のＩＨ炊飯器を使っていましたが、圧力炊飯器だと、
時間的に２０分ほど早く炊けるようになりました。お米もふっくら
とおいしく炊けています。
ただ、標準の炊飯で指示通りの水量だと少し柔らかめ炊き具合になります。
かための炊き具合が好きな人には、かための設定で、水量は若干少な目が
良いようです。
