　磯山さやかは、ハーブが好きである。芸能界の女性タレントへの職場環境における圧力がとみに強まる昨今、磯山さやかのような、明るく人好きのする心をもちつつも、間違ったことに対してははっきり「いやです」「お断りします」と発言する女の子にとっては、からだへのストレス＝心の狭窄は否めない。

　現代社会は、特に意志堅固なものにとっては、つまり、繊細で柔軟な精神をもちそれゆえストロングな女の子（筆者は、このような女の子をFRAGILE FAMILYと呼んでいる。筆者の独自の調査によるとこのような女の子タレントは芸能界では150人）にとって、絶え間ないストレスの連続である。

　そのストレスは資本主義社会・消費社会が提唱するきわめて意図的なストレスであり、巷間に流布するさまざまな電子機器からボディーをコントロールする（BC）形でやってくる。それらの電子機器の振動にあるサブリミックな効果は、その人が本来もっていない思考をあたかも本人のものであるかのようにマインド・コントロール（MC）させようとする。

　こうして、からだにストレスがかかり、乳酸がたまり、筋肉が柔軟に収縮を失い始めると、思考も心も狭窄する。消費大衆社会の不要な欲望に踊らされる結果となる。

　そういう事実に今気づいている、繊細で柔軟（fragile）な気づきをもった女の子にこそ、このDVD作品はお勧めだ。できれば、大画面で観るとリラックスする。磯山さやかもまた、ハーブ好きで知られており、自らの、BCされたからだをリセットし、くだらないMCをとりさり、自らの本来のありように戻る時間を欠かさない。

　心のリフレッシュは、人それぞれ。自分がそれ自体が好きであり、何かの報酬を期待するでもなく、あえて言えばそれをすること自体が報酬であるような「ほんとうの幸福追求」ができれば、自然にからだのリセットとなる。

　そのことを、アジアの暖かい気候をロケ地に選びながらも、繊細な墨絵のような「北」の景色を彷彿とさせてくれる映像美で、磯山さやかたちは表現してくれている。すばらしいDVD作品だ。
