待ちに待ったfripSideのメジャーデビューシングル。
TVアニメ「恋姫†無双」のオープニングテーマ。
エンディングテーマにもfripSideNAOproject!が起用されるとのことで、期待大です。
カップリングには「sky-version 2008-」を収録。

作詞作曲が今までと違う人だからか、fripSideっぽくないというのが印象でした。
単品で聞くなら問答無用でいい曲なんですが、fripSideを期待するとちょっとガッカリします。
懐古厨っぽいですが、以前の曲を知らない人のほうがよりいい曲だと思えるかも。

視聴中のアニメのOPだったので聞きました。

上目線のようなレビューで大変失礼かとは思いますが、思ったことを書きます。

率直に言うと「これから」を感じるアーティストです。
同じような曲調を持つアーティストをあげると「浜崎あゆみ」「玉置成実」と言った感じ。
系統的に同じな「I've」や「ave;new」、「MOSAIC.WAV」とはちょっと違う曲を作ります。（I'veは幅広すぎるのでかぶる曲もいっぱいあります）

トラック1は完全に玉置成実さんと同じような曲調。
トラック2は一部浜崎あゆみのような曲調を感じます。（A〜Bメロあたり）

ただ、彼女たちと明らかに違う、なおかつ「発展途上」だと感じさせられるのは「声質」です。

1.裏声があまりウマくない
　裏声は声量がいっきに下がります。なのに多用されています。
　そして、簡単に言うと「ロリ声」になります。
　低中音はハリのある伸びる声をしているだけに、この裏声部分を多用するならハリのある声で聞いてみたいです。

2.音程がたまにぶれる
　音の入りの部分の音程が取れていないところが散見されました。
　1トラック目の「境界をこえて」の「こ」の部分がずれて入ります。
　そういう歌い方もありますが、どうも上手くない。
　なので非常に気持ち悪く聞こえてしまいます。
　非常に簡潔に、かつ少し失礼な表現で言うと音痴です。
　上手くずらせるようになるなり、音程を後から調整するなり、上手く聞こえるようになった状態のを聞いてみたいです。

そのほかとして、トラックが単調で、3分過ぎてくると飽きます。（特に1曲目）
2曲目は編曲に工夫が見られていいのですが、最初のイントロですでに半分以上が裏声な状態で、上記あげたとおり少し聞きづらい。

でも、fripsideには注目です。
まだゲームの主題歌やアニメのOPテーマを作るにとどまっていますが、もっと上を目指せるアーティストであることは間違いないと思っています。

これからの展開に期待です！
