レギュラーサイズの麺が2個並んでます
かやくもソースも2個入ってます
レギュラーサイズ12個より安いので、お得です
（訂正）仕様変更により、ソースをはじめとした個袋が超大盛り用に変更されたようです
レギュラーサイズ用2個入りではなく超大盛り用で1個ずつ入ってます

正直、自分は一人では食べ切れません
しかもこれ1個で1000kcal超えてます

　これは他のレビューにも書いている通り、2食分入っています。
中身の麺は2つに分かれており、2回に分けて楽しめるものかと思っていたらソースやふりかけが１つのパックに入っていたので、2回に分けて食べることができませんでした^^;（別の容器にとっておくなら可能ですが…）

ということで余りの量に、家族で食べましたが、いたって普通のカップ焼きそばです。ただし本当に量が多く、一人で食べると大変です。ちょっと、毎日は無理って感じでした。
　あまり参考になりませんが、北海道で売ってる東洋水産焼きそば弁当の麺と比べると、麺は細めで、ちぢれ具合が小さいかなって思いました（あくまでも個人の感想）それとスープは付いていません(￣ー￣)ﾆﾔﾘ

焼きそばはいつもこの超大盛を食べてます。
電子レンジ不可なのですが、ぼくはペヤングは絶対（小ペヤングでも）電子レンジを
使います。
この大盛の場合、まずお湯は少し多めに入れて、電子レンジ（暖め）で１分３０秒
少し容器が変形してきます。まずここでレンジより取り出します。
そしてつぎは１分３０秒そのままで待ちます。
そして、お湯をだします。こんがりキツネ色になっていて、いま焼いたような
出来上がりです。
本当はこんなこと書くと安全性の点からダメなんでしょうが、これがたまらんぞ。
とくにこの超大盛は電子レンジで調理しないと食べられません。
絶対お勧め。メンが硬いのが好きな人にはお勧めできませんが！
