現実で実行してしまうと、確かに痛々しいことこの上ありませんが、
なるほどプラモとしてなら、洒落が効いていて面白いと思います。
一昔前、過剰な装飾で一世を風靡したデコトラや族車を髣髴とさせるものもあり、
これはこれで弄りがいのあるシリーズになりそうですね。
ハルヒにはさほど興味がないので、今回はまだ買うかどうか決めかねていますが、
No.2以降で起用される作品には大いに期待したいところです。

自分は一応、当初に購入して1個だけ所有していますが正直な所、出来云々よりも第一にあまりに入手困難なのが問題なのでは？と思います。
確かに今やプラモと言えばガンプラ主流でカーモデルとかは一部のマニア向けだった所にこういう人気の萌えアニメとかのデカールを使った痛車キットは非常に面白く、着眼点はすごくよかったと思います。実際、大ヒットしていますし。
ただ、ヒットしたら普通は再販しますよね？シリーズもらき☆すたまで出ていますが新作と同時に再販するのが当然の流れなのに全く音沙汰無し・・・流通価格はオークションやら転売屋によって既に1万近くになっていたりします。
こんな所で語っても意味ないかもしれませんが欲しい人がたくさんいるのがわかっているのにこの状態では・・・

青島は漫画やアニメとのコラボ作品のプラモ、いわゆる「ゲテモノ」が大変多いのでハルヒが出たのも自然な流れかと思います。
ただこの希望小売がとても高い。青島製の7なら1200円辺りが相場でしょうか、ハルヒのデカールが付くだけでここまで上がっているのを見ても少し足下を見られている気がします
作ってみましたが中身は普通の7+ちょっと変わったホイール+ハルヒ、です。それ以上ではありません
これを買うなら田宮のフルディスプレイモデルに、デカール作った方が楽しいと思います。目を見張る精巧なエンジン付きのマクラーレンやフェラーリが買えるわけです、7にハルヒ貼る抵抗がないならフェラーリの方が面白いですよ
