基本的な乗り方
・ 背筋を伸ばして前方を見る
・ 足を後方に浮かす
・ 手は膝の上に置くか広げてバランスをとる
・ 座る位置は座面のほぼ中央
【乗り方A】
・足を床に着け、脚全体でバランスをとる
【乗り方B】
・足を後方に浮かせ、お尻と背中、太ももでバランスをとる
【乗り方C】
・足を前方に浮かせ、お腹と太ももでバランスをとる

乗る部分が平行なのでちょっと足の付け根が痛いけど動作自体は満足です。
音も思ったより静かで夜にも使ってます。
この価格でこの商品が手に入るならお買い得だと思いました。
使ってからの結果次第では満点にしたいと思います。（笑）
