麻雀雑誌に連載されている超人気作品のゲーム化とあって、期待している人も多かったと思います。たしかに、そのままの絵柄と原作をなぞったストーリーは面白いですし、シナリオモード、フリー対局、麻雀問題、用語集と、非常に盛りだくさんの内容です。
…しかし、肝心のゲーム部分（とくにシナリオモード）が、やや気まずい出来です。全体的に動作がもっさりしているため、音と画面が微妙にズレてます。あと、コンピュータ側がこちらの手牌を透かし見て、配牌や打牌を調整するタイプのようで、あきらかにツモが偏っています。ただ、なにより最悪なのは「オープンリーチでも、平気でCPUが振り込んでくる（当然、役満払い）」という、がっかりな思考ルーチンです（テストプレイで、誰も指摘がなかったんでしょうか？）。そりゃあ、こちらがオープンリーチをかけなければいいだけの話ですが、本末転倒です。あとバグなのか、自風牌が暗刻なのに、鳴いていたらツモあがれないときがありました（毎回ルールが勝手に変わっている？）。
うーむ。原作通りの人鬼やその他人物の強さを実感したかったのに、ちょっとヘボい初心者と同卓させられた気分でした。ゲームの根本的な部分をしっかり作ってほしいです。

※追記
シナリオ後半まで進めて、人鬼と対戦する機会が増えますが、4連続ダブルリーチとか繰り出されました。傀の「麻雀の強さ」ってそういうことじゃあないでしょ？　ほんとカンベンしてくださいって気持ちです。あと、喰いタンあがれないケース、同順内の上がり選択にも遭遇（69筒待ちで、9筒見逃したのに、同順の6筒であがってもチョンボにならない）。サイテー。星の数はあとから編集できないですけど、星1〜2つに下げたくなりました。

原作漫画が最近読み出した近代麻雀に載っていたので勢いで購入、
個人的には中々いい雰囲気が出ているゲームだと思いました。
・・・が、肝心の麻雀の部分がひどすぎます。

まずCPUがいろいろと弱すぎです。
３人で協力して打ってくる的なCPUキャラがいましたが何を協力しているのか
わかりませんでしたし、
人がオープンリーチしている時に平気で追っかけリーチしてきますし、
(きっちり32000点頂きましたよ)
最近ようやくスジを覚えた私でも簡単に一人浮きが出来てしまうレベルです。

あと麻雀ルール上の細かいバグもある模様、
私のように麻雀を期待していた人にははっきり言ってお勧めできません。

他にもテキストが虫食いで表示されなくなるバグなど、
鼻につく部分が多いゲームでした。

総評としては、前の人が書いた『コレクターズアイテム』という言葉が
非常に的を得ていると感じます。
別にむこうぶちファンでないのなら手を出してはいけないゲームです。
