田辺イエロウの人気コミックを原作に、妖（あやかし）を封じる結界師・良守（吉野裕行）と時音（斉藤梨絵）の活躍を描いたファンタジーTVアニメーションのDVD第5巻。この巻は良守の兄で妖退治の自治体たる裏会“夜行”の頭領・正守（宮内敦士）が初登場しての3連作。第十三話「夜行の棟梁正守登場」では良守をはるかに凌駕する彼の強大な力が、第十四話「正守のたくらみ」では彼の不穏な行動が描かれる。まさにサブタイトル通りの内容ではあるが、それにしてもこの長男と次男の確執、弟の立場からするとかなりリアルではなかろうか。なおこの2話、敵の妖もかなりの強敵で、特に第十五話はちょっとしたスペクタクル感覚であった。第十五話「良守の野望」は良守の烏森に対する壮大な宣言とともに、新たなる謎の敵も出現。いよいよドラマの真章突入を予感させながら、次巻へ。（増當竜也）
