アニメ「コードギアス 反逆のルルーシュ」オープニングテーマソング
「サンライズ(制作)×MBS・TBS(放送局)×バンダイビジュアル」という最強コラボによる新作アニメ。監督には谷口悟朗、キャラクターデザイン原案にはCLAMPを迎え、超大国ブリタニア帝国に占領された日本=エリア11を舞台に、主人公の少年・ルルーシュの、世界を敵にまわした反逆の戦いを描く大作である。そのオープニングを飾る本作は、FLOWらしいUPPERさに加え、成長の跡を感じる云わば「泣きディスコ」。前作『Around the world』を「笑顔のFLOW」とするならば、今作は「泣きのFLOW」。彼らなりの葛藤を表現した初めてのシングルとも言えます。共同プロデューサーには、前作『Around the world』から引き続き、蔦谷好位置氏(YUKI etc.の作曲、NATSUMENでの活動でもお馴染み)を迎え、一見、異方向からのアプローチながら、同世代感を持ったより一層コラボレートされたサウンドに仕上がっている。

とても勢いがあり、尚且つ軽快な歌ですね！
アニメ｢コードギアス｣のＯＰテーマ（現在は変わってしまいましたが）という事で興味を持ちましたが、凄く気に入りました！
コードギアスをイメージしたのかは分かりませんが、歌詞もイメージと合っている様な気がしますし、曲調も明るくて良いですね〜。
是非、覚えてカラオケで歌ってみたいです！！

前知識無しに聞いてみると、これがアニソンだと気付けない。
自分がそうでした。
たまたま、レコードショップで流れていたのを聞いただけなのですが、それからずっと耳に残ってしまって。

爽やかで軽快。それに、音程やリズムがむっちゃ取りやすい！　
繰り返し聞いてても全然飽きない・疲れない・元気が出るのトリプル効果

それで、アニメのOPを見てみましたが、全く違和感のないOPの手本みたいなモノだと思いました。　
いや、やっぱり雰囲気って大事ですよ。(新しいOPとか、とは言いませんがw)


・・・・・ファンがまた一人・・・・・・

コードギアスの１期ＯＰです。
非常にいい楽曲ですね、いくら聴いても飽きがきません。
シンプルだけれども、丁寧でポイントは抑えてる楽曲という感じでしょうか。
購入したことをまったく後悔しない楽曲ですね。
この曲なんですが、付属の資料集を見ると、ＦＬＯＷがコードギアスという作品の意図することを真意に酌んだ、それ答えであると監督が書かれてます。
アニソンだからといって手を抜かない、そんなＦＬＯＷは凄いなと思いました。
こんなにいい曲なのに変わってしまったことが残念です。
挿入歌としてでもいいので是非また使ってもらいたいです。
