“小沢健二featuringスチャダラパー”の原曲があまりに好きだったので
「どうかな…？」と思っていたのですが、実際聴いてみると原曲のゆるーい雰囲気とまた違ったいい感じです。
ワタナベイビーのかなり癖のある声と竹中さんのテンションが独特の雰囲気を醸し出していて
原曲よりこちらの方がやや爽快感のある元気な感じです（とはいっても曲自体のイメージは崩れない程度に）

カップリングの方はワタナベイビーの独特の声とギターのシンプルなサウンドがマッチしています。
原曲がリリースされたのは１０年以上前になりますが
「時が経っても『今夜はブギーバック』は色褪せない名曲だなぁ…」と改めて思いました。

スチャダラのプロデュースで完コピされた、かなり濃い逸品。元曲よりも体温高い感じです。ベイビーいいわー!いつもの渋味を感じさせない竹中さんのハイテンションな声もポストマンパットを思い出させる可愛いらしさが出てて、二人のファンには最高ですね。まあ、好みは当然分かれそうですが。

この曲を聞いて小沢くん、フリッパーズにどハマリし、思春期をおくった僕にとって、このCDの存在はひどく迷惑だった。

ラップ下手すぎ。ワタナベイビーのボーカルも曲と合ってない。甘くて切ないこの曲の魅力をまるでだせてないじゃん、これ。

カラオケですませて欲しかった。

この曲はおそらく僕と同じようにとても大切に思っている人が多いだろうから、こんな安易な企画で消費しちゃいけないんです!選曲を誤りすぎ。

最後に。小沢くんとスチャダラのオリジナルは強烈に心に残る唯一無二なる名曲だった。
