　今まで、両手のみで測定する体脂肪計を使っていました。手と足を使った測定になり色々な測定ができるようになったのでびっくりしています。
　362は、2006年６月現在での最新機種になります。この機種の一番の特徴は全身・体幹・両脚・両腕の部位別に骨格筋と皮下脂肪率の測定ができることです。
　同じ事を私の通っているフィットネスクラブで測定すると１回あたり500円の費用がかかります。しかし、この362ならば、好きな時に好きなだけ部位別の測定が可能になるのです。「もっと足を鍛えよう」など筋トレメニューの改善にさっそく活躍しています。
　今まで使っていた体重計よりも若干幅をとりますが、重いと感じるほどでもありません。嫁も簡単に持てる重さです。不満なのは、１日前、１週間前、１ヶ月前の過去データしか見れないことです。メモリースティックなどでパソコンに接続できたらもっと管理が楽しくなるなーとも思いました。
　でも、内臓脂肪のレベルも身体年齢も分かりトレーニングへのモチベーションは以前よりもはるかにアップしました！。さあ、今日もトレーニング三昧です！。

使い始めて１年１ヶ月になるが、体重計とディスプレイを結ぶコードが断線。可動部分のコードであり、長く使えば、断線するのは普通の故障と思う。修理代はオムロンのホームページを見ると製品によって一律に決まっているそうで、平均4200円と書いてある。しかし、修理センタからのメールでびっくり。なんと9,450円を請求してきた。買い換えても同じような値段である。オムロンのこの手の製品は同じ構造になっているので、たとえ断線であっても、高額の修理料金を支払う必要があるので、注意したほうが良い。オムロンから本件についてメールで回答がありましたが、修理すると精度に問題が出るため、製品交換を修理としているとのこと。つまり、修理不能な製品をあたかも修理できるような見せかけて販売していることがわまかりました。

この商品に限らず…ですが、オムロンの体重計は、液晶表示が1年〜2年ほどすると、表示が欠けて見えなくなるという故障を多くの方が経験されております。私も壊れました。注意が必要です。
