　歴代のガンダムのテーマ曲をリッチー・コッツェンがカヴァーするという企画盤（6,11,12はオリジナル）．当初予定されていたシンディ・ローパーは詫び状1枚が封入されており，インスト2曲を除いてリッチー・コッツェンがvo.です．

　どの曲もオリジナルのメロディと歌詞の良い部分は残した上でギター中心にアレンジが施されており，素晴らしいです．
　中でも1."Blue Star"（水の星へ愛をこめて）．10."Encounter"（めぐりあい）は秀逸です．

　ガンダムを知らないリッチー・コッツェン・ファンの方も，リッチー・コッツェンを知らないガンダマーなあなたも，それぞれの世界への扉になる1枚になっており，自信を持って薦められます．

良いです。
劇場版Ｚの主題歌はリッチー・コッツェンを採用すべきだと思いました。
メタモルフォーゼなんかはガクト本人が歌うよりカッコイイ。
個人的にはGO BEYOND THE TIME(Z・刻をこえて)がヨカッタ。。。
ガンダムファン以外のリッチーファンにもお勧め出来る内容ですよ。

ロック的なアレンジ…のわりにギター（サイドギター）の音量が小さいのが、純粋なリッチーファンとしては違和感がある。ベースにビリー・シーンというのも個人的に嬉しいが、やはり音量が小さいのが気になる。
さて曲は、オリジナルに愛着があれば、キツイかもしれない。「BLUE STAR」を聞くと、「このヴァージョンで森口さん歌ってくれないかなぁ」とボクは思ってしまう。逆に「GO BEYOND THE TIME」はこちらのヴァージョンが格好いい。特にサビの先行アルペジオプレイ。
多分このアルバムというより、収録曲のアレンジで賛否が分かれると思う。お金に余裕がある人は聞いてみてください。
