私は実際にゴルフをプレーしたことはありません。知識もないに等しいので
有名選手や専門用語、クラブ選択のセオリーなんかも全く知りませんが
なぜかゴルフゲームは性に合ってて「みんゴル」シリーズはかなりプレーしてきました。

このゲームはタイトルどおり「みんゴル」などに比べるとリアル路線です。
そのコンセプトがXBOX360のグラフィック性能と相まって、これまで見たこともなかった
大変美しく再現された実在コースでゲームを楽しむことができます。
コースの微妙な起伏はもちろん、フェアウェイやラフによって異なる芝の表現や
周囲の広大な景色、ひとり一人存在するギャラリーは好プレーに拍手したり
普通にコースの脇を歩いて移動してる人までいる細かさ。
プレーヤーの目に飛び込んでくる臨場感はこれまでのゲームの比ではありません。

操作もリアリティを追求していて、これまでのボタンによるタイミング押しスイングではなく
左スティックを下に倒してバックスイング、そのまま上まで倒してフルスイングします。
そのときの倒し具合が飛距離に影響し、左右へのブレでボールの行方も変わってきます。
この操作感覚をつかむのに練習が必要ですが、そこがまたリアルで上達していく楽しさがあります。

ゲームモードも単純にコースを回るだけではなく、非常に自由度の高いエディット機能でマイキャラを作り
CPUとのニアピン勝負やドラコン等、様々なチャレンジをこなして経験値を稼ぎキャラを育成しつつ
アイテムやコースをアンロックしていくキャリアモードがメインです。
チャレンジに失敗しても多少の経験値は入るし練習になるんで何度も挑戦する気になれて飽きません。

グラフィック、システム共にゴルフゲームの傑作だと思います。

まず最初に驚いたのが、ゲーム画面のリアルさ。
改めてグラフィックの進化を感じる瞬間でした。
これが爽快さにもつながり、また実在のコースを収録しているため景色を眺めるのも一つの楽しみでした。

悪いところを挙げるとすれば、中途半端なゲーム性でしょうか。
パワーショットはまだしも、ゲームブレイカーとスピンコントロールは確実に必要の無いシステムだと思います。
また異常なほどホールインワンやロングチップインが多く、他にも慣れるとドライバーが全くブレなくなるため、ツアー4日で-40など簡単に出せてしまいます。
せっかく実在のトッププレーヤーを出しているのですから、このあたりの難易度はもっと引き上げてもいいのではと思いました。

次世代機でのゴルフゲームがこれほどまでにリアルだとは思いもしませんでした。私はみんＧＯＬなどのゴルフゲームをしているますが、それでもこのリアルさにはびっくりしてます。
操作も簡単そうですし、みなさんにおすすめできるゲームですね

ゴルフに興味ないのにハマってしまった!感覚的な操作が見事にボールに伝わります。遊び心もあり、楽しくリアルにゴルフができるゲームです。
