私自身はストーンズが好きなんですが、初期のストーンズってその後を聞いてると所謂「ストーンズ節」が確立してないんで「味」がないって感じなんですけど、この村八分ってバンドは・・。なんていうんでしょうかね、当時のストーンズがやってなかった「未来の」ストーンズって感じですかね。山口富士夫さんは今から２０年くらい前にティアドロップスを初めて聞いたので、衝撃度で言えばそちらの方がショックでしたが、時代を考えるとなんでこんな音出せたんだろう？って思います。日本のミュージックシーンといえばＧＳ後だったのにね〜、不思議です。

ベタなタイトルですいません。
ですがこのアルバムにはそれ以外の表現方法が有りません。
すでに純粋な意味のロックがとうに死に絶えてしまったこの国では
好事家が頭寄せ合う様にしてこれ聴くしか方法がないのかも知れません。
ほんと悲しいですよね。こういう本物がスポイルされて金勘定の巧いやつばかりが。。。
いや、愚痴に成りました。すいません。

兎も角、私が何度も繰り返し聴く1枚です。
1回聴いてしばらくしたらまた聴きたくなってその繰り返しです。
このアルバムには今のバンドが無くしてしまった物が全て詰まっていています。
演奏のギリギリ感、フラストレーション、触れればスパッと切られる様な。。。

特にやっとこのアルバムで日の目を見た「あッ!! 」は
聴かずに死ねるか！！のレベルです（また古くてすいません笑）

この国では以前もそして今後もこのバンドに日が当たる事は無いでしょう。（だって村八分だし笑）

死に様は違いますがボガンボスの故どんとが
冨士夫さんとジョイントしてた在りし日の日比谷の無料ライブを思い出しました。。。
声こそ違いますが歌い方はまったくウリ２つだもんなぁ。。。どれだけ影響うけたんだか。。。
早死にまで似なくて良かったのに。（涙）

村八分を生でライブで見たかった。今はただただそれだけです。

ロックというのはこういうものだという証明みたいな作品。録音が悪くても、まずは魂である。これがないと「ロック」とはいえない。これがあると全てをぶっ飛ばして突っ走る。誰も追いつけない。ブッチギリである。とまあ能書きを垂れましたが。その能書きにピッタシの歌詞（意味不明）ザラついた音、それにジャケットの写真（まるで亡霊みたい）。実物を見た人が非常に少ないのも伝説化に輪をかけたように思える。さらに、雰囲気に反して演奏は上手いからなお更聞けるんですよ。日本のロック史に輝く異端の美です。
