　もの悲しく切々と流れるメロディ。けれどそこには確かな愛が唄われています。
　聴いていて、心に染み渡るような美しい曲です。
「誰かのために何かをしたいと思えるのが、愛ということと知った」　という歌詞が、聴いていて納得させられますが、私はサビの「もし
　君を失ったとしたなら、星になって君を照らすだろう」というフレーズが、一番好きです。

　心の中に、大切な人がいる人には、ぜひ聴いて欲しいと思います。
　人を愛することの切なさも、幸せも、共感できることと思います。

発売以来、毎年冬の季節になると聴きたくなる一曲です。
幸せな中にも、どこか切なさがある曲で、彼女の声もピッタリだと思います。
おそらく今後も毎年冬に聴きたくなる曲になるのではないでしょうか。大好きです。

まさに美しさと儚さと悲しみを追求した究極の一曲。
あらゆる歌手にカバーされるも彼女より上のテイクはない。ここまで日本人、日本語、日本の冬を愛しく思える曲はありません。
またこの曲から中島美嘉という一歌手（アイドル）の独立した立ち位置を明確にしたという意味でも彼女のファンにとっても素晴らしい出会いを与えてくれた一曲。
2003年という時代にここまで演歌な曲が流行るというのは本当に奇跡としか言いようがない・・・
冬の定番曲というだけにとどまらず、日本歌謡界の歴史に残る名曲の誕生です。
