人気歌謡曲である「それが大事」、クレヨンしんちゃんＥＤ「うたをうたおう」、ポコニャンＯＰ「賽は投げられた」ファミリーマートＣＭ「キボウ」などの有名タイアップ曲。ファンの間でも人気の高い曲が全１７曲も入って１９８０円は、これはかなりお得です。（選曲はヴォーカルの立川氏によるものらしい）
世間では一発屋として認知されていますが、「それが大事」だけじゃないことが分かってもらえるはずです。初期から後期にかけての大事ＭＡＮの魅力がぎっしり詰まっていて、ファン一押しです。
難点としては一つ、このベストを聞いてしまうと、他のオリジナルアルバムも欲しくなってしまうことです。

世間では『一発屋』というレッテルを貼られている彼ら。しかし、よく聴いてみると心に響く曲が多いのです。例えば、『キボウ』や『賽(さい)は投げられた』は若い世代への応援歌ですし、『Bye・Love』や『Birthday Time』のような切ない曲も心に響きます。特に『賽(さい)は投げられた』は、NHKアニメ『ポコニャン』のOP曲でとても気に入っている曲です。『クレヨンしんちゃん』のED『うたをうたおう』も有名な曲では？と思うのですが・・・。

「南国少年パプワくん」のエンディングテーマ「もしかすっとナンセンス」が収録されていれば満点でした。
本当にいい曲なだけに残念。
