通販で買いました（ごめんなさい→Amazon御中）。曲目は追加してくれたかな…

ジャズシンガーになるとは藍美代子は変身してしまったのかとお思いの昔からのファンの方々、安心して下さい。年相応の襞が加わっていますが、声と歌い口の明るさは昔のまま。高い音に軽く駆け上がっていく動きや細かい声の調整はまさに藍美代子です。ちゃんと色気もあって、歌謡曲当時の最大の弱点(笑)が克服されていますよ。

選曲がまた考えられていて、声によく合ったソフトタッチの軽快な曲が多く、Vnが参加したトラックはバラードに近い感じ。嶋津健一トリオの演奏も実にリリカル。甘い音でよく支えています。

かなり短時間のスタジオワークで仕上げたと聞きますが、一発録りの緊張感も伝わってきますね。一部トラックはVoをオーヴァーダビングしていますが、音と演奏スタイルの違いが聞き分けられます。

若い方々へ：これは○十歳になった往年の歌謡アイドルが30年振りに「初心者」と謙遜しながら出したアルバムです。もともとポップスが好きだった歌手が、地道に歌い続けやっと自分の歌いたいものを世に出せた、そんなアルバムです。藍美代子なんて知らない、という方も、70年代の歌手の意気と底力をどうぞ。
