   青山のセレクトショップを経営する詩史は夫がいながら、友人の息子で20歳年下の透と付き合っていた。24時間、詩史からの電話を待つ純粋で一途な透。一方、透の親友の耕二は、専業主婦の人妻・喜美子と不倫中。耕二は喜美子と本命の恋人との間を自由に行き来していたが、やがて、ふたつの恋にも終わりがやってくる…。
   江國香織の同名小説を、TVドラマやドキュメンタリーの分野で活躍していた源孝志が演出。詩史と透は黒木瞳と岡田准一、耕二と喜美子は松本潤と寺島しのぶが演じている。ジャニーズゆえ、アイドルのイメージが強い岡田と松本だが、本作では濃厚なラブシーンも披露。ふたりの大胆な挑戦は一見の価値あり。あくまで寓話のような恋にひたる詩史と透、そして現実にもありそうな生々しい不倫にのめりこんでいく喜美子と耕二。ロマンティックな恋と、現実逃避の関係の怖さを見せつける恋、両極端の恋愛は、甘さと苦さを同時に感じさせる。（斎藤 香）

黒木瞳さんなら全然こういう設定がアリだろうという衆目一致の見解があるゆえに原作がもつリアリティが映画化により微妙に減殺されてしまっている感あり。

むしろパラレル進行の寺島しのぶさん演じるマダムのほうに観る側としては原作のニオイを感じてしまいます。

黒木ファンのための映画と割り切って観るべきかな？

本で読むならば、イイ内容なんだろうけど
何もこれを映像化する必要があったのだろうか・・・と
思ってしまったのが本心です。

メインである黒木瞳と岡田准一よりも
個人的には寺島しのぶと松本潤の方がメインに見えた。

寺島しのぶ演じる喜美子の耕二への強い愛と
岡田准一演じる透の詩史への強い愛が
見てて画面から溢れてきた。

逆に松本潤演じる耕二と
黒木瞳演じる詩史の落ち着いた大人な雰囲気が
静かなこの映画にピッタリ合っていた。

映像は綺麗だし、演じてる人たちの演技もイイけど
話の内容がどうも納得いかない。
人を愛すると云う事の奥深さが伝わってくるものの
やっぱり映像化するにはどうなんだろうと
疑問を抱いてしまいました。
