　最近は、モーツァルト効果に重点を置いたモーツァルトのCDが、いろいろ出てきてますが、
これは、モーツァルト効果の本家本元・第一人者のトマティス博士の理論に基づいたものです。

　このシリーズの特徴は、帯にある「トマティス博士のメソッドに基づき」の言葉通り、
確かに、トマティス・メソッドが入ってます。
　他のモーツァルトのCDと比べると、高音域・高周波が強めに出ていること、
また、曲全体の音の流れ方に一定のリズムがあり、耳に体になじみやすいことが、その証拠です。
　私は、トマティス・トレーニングを2度受けた経験がありますが、
この違いは、トマティス・トレーニングを受けた方なら、一聴して分かります。

　さてさて、本CDは、「心身の調律師モーツァルト」とありますが、
内容は、ゆったりとしたtr1-4、それから、だんだん軽快な曲に流れていく感じです。
　前半部分は、ストレスの軽減や気持ちを落ち着かせたり、リラックス効果が得られて、
後半部分（弦楽四重奏）で、軽快なポジティブな雰囲気になれる、というとこでしょう。

　私的には、tr1-4は、「モーツァルトの癒し」の核心的な曲だと思いますし、
ほとんどの人たちに、モーツァルト効果を体験してもらえる曲だと思います。
　もし、「モーツァルト効果」を求めるなら、この本家本元のシリーズを薦めますし、
初めて「モーツァルト効果」を体験したい方には、ずばり、このCDを大推薦します。

気持ちが落ち込んだ時は、意識して聞（聴ではなく）く。一人暮らしや会話が少ない方など、少し元気がない時にBGMにいいのではないでしょうか。聴き込むと言う類のCDではありませんが、演奏が終わるころには不思議に穏やかな気分になれます。全5巻ではこの「心身の調律師」が一番です。音楽を聞き流すことすら煩わしく感じるようなときに敢えて流すようにしています。低音の多くなった昨今の音楽は疲れるばかり。高音成分が多いモーツァルト作品には、聴覚を通じて精神によい作用をする曲が多いようです。

「モーツァルト・セラピー」もののＣＤを沢山聴いてきましたが、その中でもこのＣＤはお勧め！
高周波が非常に綺麗に抜けていて、同類の他のＣＤよりも音質が良いように感じます。
また収められている曲のバランスもよく、突然やかましくなったりしません（笑）。これは重要なポイントで、今まで何度も泣かされてきましたが、このＣＤは大丈夫。非常に心地よい流れを乱されることなく最後の曲までリラックスして聴けます。

よく考えて作られているＣＤではないでしょうか。
製作者に盛大な拍手（笑）！
