チアリーディングに青春を賭ける女子高生たちの姿を爽やかに描いたスペシャルドラマのディレクターズカット版。チアリーディング部の部長に就任した美貴子が、心の支えであった前部長の事故死の哀しみを乗り越え、全国優勝を目指して部を率いていく。

　ディレクターズカット版ということで、ストーリーの所々に未放送シーンが挿入されていました。テレビ放映版と比べて、やや話をふくらませるような構成にはなっていましたが、もちろんストーリー的にそれほどの変化があるワケではありません。

　私がDVDを購入したのは、主にメイキングシーンが観たかったからです。メイキング映像は、時間が約１４分。チアの主メンバー５名のそれぞれのメイキング（練習風景）が彼女達のコメントと共に収められていました。

　チアリーディングが非常にハードなスポーツであることは既に周知の事実ですが、そのハードなチアの演技を、女優さん達が吹き替え無しでやるというのもすごいことだと思います。

　ドラマの中で石原さとみさんが他のメンバーに見せる「愛情アザ」（ハードな練習で足首に出来るアザ）が実際のトレーニングで出来たものだということも、メイキングを観て初めて知りました。ドラマではほとんどが夏のシーンですが、練習や撮影は厳寒期に行われたようで、本当に大変だったろうと思います。彼女達の頑張りとストーリー展開がオーバーラップして、より一層ドラマが輝いて見えました。
　大会のシーンで大塚ちひろさんが披露するバク転も、吹き替えなしでご本人が演技されているそうです。ぜひご注目ください。

期待せずに購入して、ヒマつぶしに親と見てて・・・泣きました。
そこらに溢れるアイドル物ではなかった。
時間の制約のせいかも知れないテンポの速さは仕方ないとしても
うまくまとめられてると思う。

購入動機はイヤラシイ気持ちで、チア姿の沢尻エリカと石原さとみ。
でも、見てるうちにストーリーに惹きこまれた。

内容は、心の支えを失ったチアのチームが
２連覇を目指してどう立ち直っていくか・・・
他の人のを参考にして。

特典映像にもある通り、アザは本当にできてる。
出演者たちのガンバリ度がわかる。
いい作品といいスタッフに出会えてこの娘たちは幸せ者だ。
もっともっと演技力をつけて今後の良作の主役たちとなれ。

ちなみに、沢尻エリカは『パッチギ』井筒作品　にでてる娘。

テレビ放送のときも見たのですが、内容のすばらしさにDVDも買ってしまいました。
困難を乗り越えてチームがひとつになっていく。出演者自身が演じるチアシーンもある感動作です。
