《解説》 「おまえなんか生むんじゃなかった」という母親の不用意な一言から非行に走り不良のレッテルを貼られた少女・曽我笙子（伊藤麻衣子）が、彼女に舞楽者としての才能を見出した民間舞楽の若き担い手・久樹哲也（国広富之）の愛を受けて更生し、舞楽の道を歩み出すまでを描いたドラマ。原作は実際に非行少女から更正し民間舞楽の第1人者に大成した原笙子による同名小説で非行に走り人生を誤ろうが若い内ならばいくらでもやり直しがきくことを説き多くの視聴者の共感を得た作品です。

5.0 out of 5 stars 大映ドラマの名作!, 2006/7/29
84年のドラマを代表する大映ドラマの名作。わずか1話で不良から更生するのは強引な展開ではあるが、哲也(国広富之)の身を張った説得があればこそ純な心を取り戻した訳であり、純愛ドラマとしても十分楽しめる。
脇を固める俳優陣も見事ハマっており、敵役の伊藤かずえ、朝雄役の松村雄基、麻里役の比企理恵の演技が光っている。

何度観ても飽きないストーリー展開は笑えるほど強引だが知らぬ間に引き込まれてしまう。買って損無しのドラマです。

余談ですが、主題歌を歌ったMIEの『NEVER』であるが放送期間中3度ヴォーカルを録りなおしている(レコード化されたのは2度目に使用されたもの)。ドラマでは異例の事であるのでその辺りも注意して全編を観てほしい。

今見るとかなり過激な暴力シーンがあり、それが理由で再放送があまりなされなかったとか。伊藤麻衣子の不良少女の演技は今見てもかなり迫力満点です。実話を主題にしているだけにストーリー的にもよくまとまっていて、早く次の回が見たいと思わせるところは当時と同じです。作品全体のエネルギーがとにかくすごくておすすめですよ。（大映ドラマのおきまりのどろどろした人間関係や設定のわざとらしさは多少割り引いて下さい）

主題歌がこのドラマに合っていて緊迫感を与えてると思う。
登場人物のクサイ演技とセリフが逆にいいんだな。
脇役が光ってたね。
「ショウコー」の名セリフを聞いて下さい。
