ダイエットしたい人にオススメ。

ダンスゲームはまんまＤＤＲ。曲がフルサイズ入ってるのが良いところ。曲は十分な数があると思いますが、判定タイミングが曲のスピードによって変わる上シビアのが、ＤＤＲファンからするとちょっと不満。別に得点を争うゲームではないのでいいのですが。

ダンベル運動は負荷を自分に合わせて、一通り（太腿、胸、腕、肩）やると、けっこう筋力がつきます。難点は曲の少なさ。ダンスでは２０曲も選べるのに、ダンベルは６曲だけ。６曲ｘ４箇所という数が多いと見るか少ないと見るかは人それぞれと思うけど、私はボリューム不足に思えました。

うまく使えば確実に効果が出るはずです。私の場合、ジムに行けない日にこれで運動してます。今のところ着実に体脂肪率を低下させています。他のダイエット関連商品と併せて使うと良いでしょう。

ＤＤＲのダイエットに飽きてきて買ったのですが、なかなか面白い買い物でした。炎のダイエットチャレンジャーの時間プログラムでは、ＤＤＲだけでなく毎日少しずつ異なったプログラムのダンベル運動とストレッチがでてきます。
ただちょっと気になるのはＤＤＲのときのお姉さんの踊りと曲の少なさかなー。しばらくはこれでダイエットします。

　専ら筋トレ用に使っています。これのおかげで、３日坊主を脱却し、かなり筋力がつきました。音楽を選ぶこととダンベルの重さを変えることで、誰にでも適切な強度の筋トレが出来ます。「炎のファイター」や「ランナー」はややハード、「cha-cha-cha」や「Diamond」はやや軽めなど、そのときの気分・調子に合わせられます。それぞれの曲に対応して、「ふともも（＋背中？）」「腹・胸」「腕」「肩」の４部位のプログラムがあります。また、トレーナーの声かけが絶妙です。他のプログラムはいまいちな印象なのですが、それでも買う価値ありと思っています。おすすめ。
