以前この方のCDを買って、声の質感に注目していたのですが、
この度カバーを出すという事を知り、選曲を見て買ったのですが、

というよりETERNAL WIND、想い出がいっぱいのクレジットを見て
この楽曲を下川さんがどう歌うか、どうリメイクされているか
とても興味深かったので。

アルバム全体の印象としては、ボーカルは上手く歌い上げている

と思います。コーラスも綺麗で、歌い手としての下川さんに
もっと注目があたってもいいのではと、あらためて思いました。

曲調も全体的にシックにまとまっていて、聴きやすいです。
少し残念だったのは、もう少しだけ生音を強調した、
バラード色の強い仕上がりにしてほしかったかもと思いました。

特にドラム周りはもうちょっと力を入れてほしかったです。

最近はCDを買う機会も少なくなったのですが、
少し前から流行っているカバー物の中では良い作品に
仕上がっていると思います。楽曲だけに頼ってなく好感を持てます。

こういったカバー曲は出来に心配する人も多いでしょうが、そんな心配は無用です！
もとの曲のイメージを壊さず、それでいてまさにああ下川みくにが歌っているなぁという感じです。
ただ、曲が全体的にリミックスされており、多少もとの曲の方が良かったなと言うのもあり。
（エヴァの曲はもう少し音楽を全面に出して欲しかったかな）

気になったのはそれくらいです。
下川みくにファンの人、収録されているアニソンを聴きたい人、
かって損は無いですよ！

正直ここ５年ほど下川みくにという名前を忘れてました。「残酷な天使のテーゼ」で検索してこの商品がヒットして思い出し、昔下川みくにを好きだったというのもあってこの商品を購入しました。聴いてみると歌声がとても良かったです。原曲の良さを残しつつもどこか新鮮さがあり、下川みくにの透き通った声によって身体にスーッと入ってくるような感じです。このCDを購入して良かったと思います。是非皆さんに聴いてもらいたいです。
