フジテレビ系にて2003年1月期に放送された、松嶋菜々子、福山雅治主演のライトコメディードラマ。テレビ局の報道部門を舞台に、水と油のように正反対の二人が対立しあいながらもやがて理解しあうまでを描く。

   松嶋菜々子と福山雅治の豪華コンビで送る、テレビの報道局でおりなされる悲喜交々を描いたバックステージ・ドラマ。アメリカで報道記者として活躍していた鷹宮真（松嶋菜々子）は、日本のテレビ局から視聴率が低迷するニュース番組のてこ入れに、チーフプロデューサーとしてヘッドハンティングされる。ときを同じくして、永瀬洋海（福山雅治）がバラエティ制作部から報道に異動することに。ギクシャクとする2人には、その昔少なからぬ因縁があり…。
   2大スターの初共演が、ドラマをキラキラと輝かせている。とりわけ、永瀬を演じる福山雅治の硬軟取り混ぜた演技が楽しい。シリアスとコミカルの切り替えが、実に小気味よく決まっている。視聴率至上主義を打ち出す鷹宮のスタンスが中途半端で、各話ごとの出来ばえには若干のムラがあるものの、脇を固めた出演陣のコンスタントな好演と軽快な演出により、飽きることなく気軽に楽しめるドラマに仕上がっている。（麻生結一）

松嶋菜々子が敏腕プロデューサーとなって傾きかけたニュース番組を
活気付ける話。キャストが八嶋・佐々木蔵之助・パパイヤ鈴木など最近
ホットな人たちばかりでキャラ全開です。
ストーリー的には、はじめの導入二話と最後の三話以外はまったく遊び
で、緩急がはっきりとしていて、しつこさがありません。
その割には、メッセージである「報道とは？」に対する描写は緊張感があって
前半・後半それぞれ、そのメッセージの強さに感動して泣いてしまいました。

大胆な、ストーリー設定と新鮮なキャストに注目です。

ニュース番組の敏腕チーフプロデューサーを演じる松嶋菜々子と、その下で働く報道マンを演じる福山雅治。この共演と脇役どころの手堅い演技がドラマを引き締めている。なかでも福山の好演が光っている。おちゃらけていながら、締めるところは締めるというような陰と陽、軟と硬の行き来が板に付いたように自然に出てくるところが渋い。

松嶋菜々子が主役のはずなのに・・・。
福山雅治に感情移入してしまった人多いんじゃないでしょうか？
その存在感はまるで｢ノッティングヒルの恋人」のヒュー・グラントのよう。
「ガリレオ」を観てもその片鱗を感じます。
ところで、最近の雑誌のインタビューで、福山氏はこのドラマは、全体的にドライな感覚が求められる現在からすればウェットで一昔前のもの的だと発言していました。
とても悲しいですわ。
このドラマは今の世の中に訴えるべき大切なことが沢山詰まってると思います。
是非またその後の二人がドラマ化されることを期待します。
しかし、最後のチュ〜はあり得ないチュ〜でした。。。
