　以前はサブリミナルの効果には否定的だったんですが、このシリーズを聞いてから評価が変わりました。
　憂うつ解消ＣＤですが、曲はラテン系が多いですね。サブリミナルは行動を変えるものではなく気持ちを変える効果があります。不安や恐怖が強くなっている時に聞くといい感じです。昼間の活動期に聞くといいかもしれません。不安解消と合せてお勧めです。不安解消は落ち着きを取り戻し、憂うつ解消はよりポジティブな気持ちになります。

現在このシリーズは5枚以上持っているのですが、最初は半信半疑でした。
これを一番最初に聴いたのですが、3曲目くらいにまゆとまゆの間がじーんとし始めたときにはものすごくビックリしました。
私の場合、これを夜聴くとさえて眠れなくなりますので、逆に昼休みに聴いたりします。
しかし、効果があったことは確かです。

わたしは抑うつ症をわずらっていますが、このCDを聞くようになって徐々に落ち込む機会が減ってきたように思います。
また、これとあわせて精神疲労解消も聞くことで、よるぐっすり眠れるようになってきました。即効性はないと思いますが、毎日聞き続けることで効果はでてきます。
