毎日これを流して勉強しています。非常に穏やかで邪魔になりません。
効果があったかどうかは断言できませんが、少なくともこれを流して勉強し始めると、最初の15分くらいは我慢して勉強してる感じですが、気がつくと問題集に専念していて最低でも1時間はやれます。約1カ月使っていますが、ほぼ毎日２~３時間勉強しています。これ快挙です。
単なる読書のときも普段より早く読めるし、凄いと思いました。
勉強は自分から始めなければなりませんが、始めてしまえば後はこのＣＤが後押ししてくれてる感じがします。以前は「勉強しなきゃ」という気持ちが焦るばかりで実のある勉強が出来ないことが多く、敗因は明らかに勉強不足でした。
せめて半年前にこのＣＤを知っていたら、今頃合格の葉書をもらっていたかもしれないのに・・・と悔しくてなりません。
ＣＤ流さなくても勉強するかな？と思って使わない日もありましたが、このＣＤかけたほうが能率いい気がするし、勉強量も多いです。2週間以上とはありましたが、継続するほどいいらしいです。

　この手のものは半信半疑なのですが・・・。
　音楽の効果なのかはわかりませんが、これを聴きながら勉強するとそれほど疲れを感じません。悪くない商品だと思います。

集中力というから、目の前のことに一点集中、のめりこんでいく感じになるかと想像していたけど、そういう感じではなく、謳われている効能でいえば、「短時間で集中出来る、持久力がつく、落ち着いて物事が考えられる」の点で効き目があり。聴く前がひどく散漫だったから、単に平常に戻っただけかもしれないけど、他の事に気がそれても中断前の作業に戻ってすぐ再開できる、面倒・疲れたと投げ出したくなってもきりのいい所までと粘りがきく。文字の読み書きも速くなった感じ。
波の音と映画の一場面で流れていそうなゆったり深みのある静かな曲が続いてます。
